JC “GreyDog” Ridge began life in rural Indiana. There he gained an early appreciation for all things natural. Leaving there at the age of 18, he found ways to see the world. First through the US Navy, then in the private sector and finally as a freelance photographer / adventurer, he continues to seek out interesting landscapes and subjects. Home base is Portage Michigan.
My photography consists of landscape, nature and night sky. Kind of “off mainstream” stuff to see the limits of what my equipment and my current limited knowledge can produce.
